Caris MPI exclusively leverages the research expertise of the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) to bring new diagnostics to the medical community. Currently, this research encompasses the genetic basis of human diseases, computational biology, molecular diagnostics, target therapeutics, translational drug development, neurogenomics and pathogen genomics.

Caris MPI is presently refining signature sets and is working on tests in other cancers. Capitalizing on our expertise in microarray technology, the Caris MPI also offers assay development and testing services and analysis to pharmaceutical and biotech companies interested in developing biomarkers for evaluation in preclinical and clinical trials.
Other development work includes partnering with universities and other academic institutions to commercialize their genetic-based intellectual property.
